- peel, coar and cut the pears - mix them with melted butter, sugar and salt - roast unitl edges are caramelized - transfer pears into a large pot
- add orange zest and cardamom - blend until smooth - simmer about 40 min - add orange juice if needed - finish with browned butter
- spread on toast - pair with cheese or a charcuterie board - use as filling for pastries (paczki)
