- make the crumble by combining flour, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, and cold butter. - combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. - in another bowl mix eggs, yogurt, HWC, vanilla and butter - transfer the wet batter into the flour mix, stir to combine
- wash, peel and cut peaches, add sugar and cinnamon - add them to the batter, reserve 1 cup - transfer batter to greased baking pan - drizzle the crumb topping over the batter - mix it lightly with the batter
- add the reserved 1 cup of peaches - and drizzle the rest of the crumble topping - preheat the smoker to 250F-275F - smoke the Peach Bread for 50-60 minutes, until done - rest, slice and enjoy
- warm and plain - with a dollop of whipped cream - warmed with a scoop of ice cream - topped with fresh berries - on a cheese platter
