- whisk the flour and spices - cream the butter with sugar; add eggs and yogurt - add the dry mix into to the wet batter - fold gently until combined - transfer the batter into a springform pan
- arrange the plums in a single layer on top of the batter (cut side up) - sprinkle with a mixture of coconut and turbinado sugar - bake at 350F for about 40-50 min - cool completely and enjoy or dust with powdered sugar
