- combine cream cheese and butter in a food processor; mix - add egg yolk and vanilla, mix again - gradually add the flour and mix until combined - divide the dough into four pieces, wrap in plastic and chill for at least an hour
- roll the dough out into a circle about 1/8 inh thick - using sharp knife cut out triangles - place dollop of the filling on each one - roll each one into a crescent shape - brush with egg wash and bake - remove from the oven, cool and glaze
- fresh out of the oven - with a dollop of plain yogurt - with whipped cream or ice cream - with a fruit dipping sauce
