- in a large bowl combine all the ingredients - mix well but don't overmix - using your hands form uniform balls - place them on a baking sheet and bake at 375F for about 25 min
– remove from the oven and rest for few minutes - serve the meatballs with a side of creamy mushroom sauce, fresh green salad or in a soup
- add the meatballs to a soup - serve with a creamy mushroom sauce - make a sandwich - slice and add to a salad - serve on a snack platted with dipping sauce, pickles and olives
