- In a medium size bowl combine the: broth, eggs, melted butter, mustard, herbs, spices and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well with a whisk or fork.
- cut the pretzel buns into cubes. - distribute the pretzel cubes evenly in one layer on a large baking sheet. - roast at 375F for 20 min until they are lightly brown and crispy
- chop, dice the bacon and sausages - clean and cut the leeks - preheat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat - cook all the meats, set aside - cook the leeks - when done combine all together in the same pan
- to a large mixing bowl add the roasted pretzel buns, follow by the meats and finish by pouring the liquid broth mixture - transfer the stuffing to a baking dish - bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes until the stuffing is golden brown
