- blanch the beef bones to remove any impurities - transfer the blanched bones onto a baking sheet and roast at 450F for 45 minutes - prepare veggies, wash and cut
- add veggies to the baking sheet with bones, roast together for 15-20 min - transfer everything to a large stock pot, add water, aromatics and cook at 350F for 4-6 hours - remove all bones, veggies and strain the broth thru fine mesh strainer - enjoy
- use as a base for sauces, soups - drink as is - add to salsa - use instead of water for cooking pasta - use for poaching eggs, chicken or fish
