- make the dough - wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs - preheat oven - roll the dough thin - cut into the cookie shapes you want - bake 8-10 minutes - cool completely
- add a dollop of the filling to the bottom, solid cookie - top with the cut-out cookie, press gently - chill 10-15 min - prep the glaze; drizzle the chocolate over the top of the cookie, add a sprinkle of nuts or orange zest, set aside to firm - enjoy
